How much does it cost?
My hourly rate for copyediting and proofreading is NZ$28.00. There is a minimum charge of NZ$50.00 for all individual projects.
The following cost estimates are based on editing approximately 3,000 words per hour:
Up to 3,000 words – $50 (min charge)
3,000 to 10,000 words – $50 to $100
10,000 to 20,000 words – $100 to $200
I am happy to give a cost estimate for proofreading your documents, whether you are looking for a one-off proofread or would like to arrange regular editing.

Blogs and Newsletters
First impressions count! I can look over your latest blog, article or newsletter for spelling, grammar and typos before you publish.
One-off blogs and newsletters – $25 each.
Regular blogs and newsletters – $20 each.
Turnaround Times
Where possible, let me know your ideal timeline well in advance so I can work with you to meet your deadlines. Here is a guide to my turnaround times:
Up to 3,000 words – 24 to 48 hours
3,000 to 10,000 words – 2 to 3 days
10,000 to 20,000 words – 3 to 5 days
